Nazia Andaleeb Preema is the true embodiment of innovation, versatility and contemporary sensibilities; making her a formidable figure in the domain of Bangladeshi visual art. Bistaar is immensely pleased to bring a few samplings of her work to Chittagong , where lately one could identify a discernible urge among the upcoming artists to embrace the new language and technique of the international art practice. We believe that, this small but representative exhibition of Preema will enormously benefit the young artists of the city who are searching for a voice of their own, to come to terms with the rapidly changing dynamics of the art world and eventually find their form and forte.
